Do you give a warranty on products?
We give a 1-year hardware warranty on all corporate products. The exact warranty terms may differ by product, so you can confirm them with our sales team before ordering.
Do you sell only to companies, or can individuals buy too?
Both are possible. Our main specialty is corporate solutions, but products suitable for homes and small offices are also in our catalogue. You can place an order on the website.
I do not know what equipment I need. What should I do?
Just contact us: write the approximate area of the site, the number of devices and what you will use it for. Our engineers will prepare an equipment list and an offer.
Do you help with installation?
We provide engineer support and technical advice before and after installation. Depending on the size of the project, we discuss the specific terms at the offer stage.
