A 6-outlet European (EU) type PDU (Power Distribution Unit) with an aluminium alloy housing — mounted on the rails of a server cabinet, it powers all the equipment in the cabinet (servers, switches, UPS, cooling fans) neatly from a single power source. The aluminium housing is more durable than plastic models and dissipates heat better. 6 outlets are enough for a medium-sized cabinet setup and remove the mess that separate extension cords create inside the cabinet.
